Dear friends, This weekend we begin our journey of exploration into how we might identify our needs, priorities and aspirations at the start of this year, and to genuinely align with them so that the efforts you make in all areas of your spiritual life best serve you. We fully understand that with meditation there is no 'one size fits all', and we want to help each of you find the right approach and practices that suit your needs. And with such a wide range of students that I am talking to, I would like to give you all the opportunity and support to take the time that is necessary for you to connect with where you feel you are at, and to give you the appropriate instructions that will bring the most benefit into your life. The first part of this programme is the Live Online Weekend Retreat - The Energetics of Spiritual Self-Care Many of you have followed these series of teachings already, but feel that the healing opportunity that it presents to us is of great value to revisit. Others may not have the time or space to join the weekend. And some of you may be new to this. The weekend is an experiential journey followed live. These video links (hosted on private youtube links) will be made available for a few days so that you can catch up or revisit sessions as you need. Registration - £50 This registration fee allows you access to both the weekend retreat and the six week programme. You can choose to follow one, or both of these. Spiritual Self-Care Live Weekend Retreat - Day 1 - Saturday 10th January - 9.30am - 5.30pm Donations welcome at the end of the weekend. After the weekend, we will start the process of tuning into and exploring where we are at, working out what our aspirations are, what we feel we need from our spiritual practice, and what will lead to a more nourishing and fruitful path. Connecting in Authenticity, Honouring our Truth Six Week Programme Starting after the weekend retreat, this will be hosted on our online course website. You can take your time and follow these lessons at your own pace. Lessons will be available until Spring 2026. Donations welcome at the end of the programme
