Burgs new Spotify track released today- Calling You Home

Dear friends,

I have just released a new track today on Spotify called "Calling You Home".

I wanted to release something to encourage people to reconnect to that deeper place inside of us at a time when it might feel that we are handing over some of our agency to technology by asking it to do things for us that perhaps we should be doing for ourselves.

Our modern scientific vision of reality and our place within it, often tries to factor out the profound and formulative part that consciousness itself plays in the forming of our experience of life.

"Calling You Home" points to that place inside us which feels like home, and yet we often find ourselves feeling disconnected from. It is the place where some of our deeper truths can be heard again. A place to invite ourselves to realign around the things that are most important to us that often get neglected.

I sincerely hope you enjoy the track.

I made the music as a collaboration with two of my good friends Toni Castells and Hugo Ryder. So a huge thank you to both of them for their part in the creation of it.

For those of you who enjoy these discourses and music, then I would be so grateful if you would have a listen through to the end, save it and particularly helpful if you add it to your playlists.. These early plays and saves really help to get new tracks moving nicely on Spotify, and helps it get discovered by others. Please share with your friends too if you think they might like it.

with so much love

Dear friends, This weekend we begin our journey of exploration into how we might identify our needs, priorities and aspirations at the start of this year, and to genuinely align with them so that the efforts you make in all areas of your spiritual life best serve you. We fully understand that with meditation there is no 'one size fits all', and we want to help each of you find the right approach and practices that suit your needs. And with such a wide range of students that I am talking to, I...

Dear friends, With the start of the New Year, it is a good time to take stock and reflect on the year that has past, where we are at, and what might be our aspirations for the year ahead. In particular now is a good time to review your practice over the past year and ask where you feel you want to take it from here. Some of you might be feeling the call to re-establish a practice that you have let slip a little. Wherever you are on your journey, we would like to help and encourage you as much...
