The Art of Concentration In-Person Retreat - 16th-23rd May 2025

Dear friends, I would like to invite you to a special 7day retreat I am hosting in Portugal. I will be teaching the intermediate to advanced level concentration practices up to the point of entry into absorption. These will be the practices that I will be developing in session 2 of our year long online “Art of Concentration “ course and it is a wonderful opportunity to sit as a small intimate group with me where I will be able to give personal guidance and support to your practice in a way that is not possible on our other retreats. Practicing like this in an intensive supported retreat environment can develop and deepen our relationship and experience with these subtle teachings much more than is possible at home in the daily life. The venue is a beautifully peaceful and supportive environment ideal for undistracted immersion into deep practice. With maximum 18 people this retreat will be a smaller group than most UK retreats giving me the opportunity to provide much more personal guidance during daily interviews and questions and answers sessions.
