Introducing- Thangka Art & Meditation Intensive Retreat

Dear friends,

As part of our focus this year on developing concentration through meditation and other supportive practices, we are excited to announce a special retreat where we will be combining the use of art and meditation to help develop serenity and a more devotional attitude to our meditation practice.

On this retreat Burgs will teach various devotional meditation practices, while you learn how to paint the Buddha using traditional Tibetan sacred geometry and the history and symbolism behind the iconography used.

This is a special retreat which will be co-hosted by Burgs and a renowned Tibetan Thangka artist Carmen Mensik. The retreat will be hosted in North Portugal and places will be limited to a small group. You can read more about this retreat on the following link -

If you are interested in joining, then please register your interest by replying to this email. Registration for this retreat will open in the coming weeks.

with love,
