Winter programme update

Dear friends

Many of you have been asking about the upcoming six week online programme, The Art of Concentration, which is due to start this weekend.

I have decided to postpone the start of this course, as the general feedback I have been getting is that an early start in the new year would be preferable instead of squeezing it in just before Christmas. People feel that December is a time of distractions and aren't able to fully commit to the course.

So with this in mind, I have decided to delay the start of The Art of Concentration until the new year. This would allow for the teachings on how to develop concentration to flow directly into the start of our year long journey of "The 40 Meditations of the Buddha".

Having just hosted the rerun of the Art of Breathing, where I developed our concentration practice using the breath (anapana), I feel that there is enough instruction and guidance to start the process of building your concentration and that everybody would be served well to follow and review these instructions over the coming weeks.

To this end, we are in the process of making the Art of Breathing weekend retreat available to any of you who wish to follow it or return to it, so you can engage with the process of building your concentration.

We have also had a high number of requests to re-run the Spiritual Self Care online weekend retreat. Since we won't have the 6 week online course running now, we are going to offer this weekend for those of you who wish to engage with something before the end of the year.

We'll be in touch with details on registration very soon.

sending much love
